“I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for the wonderful journalistic abilities you both pour into the monthly edition of the Shorelines.  The way you’re able to put into ‘professional words’ results of your investigative and informative articles has always amazed me as my level of the same would be recognized as ‘see Jane run.’ :).
It always surprises me that in such a small community there is so much going on with people and events that no one would know about without your input in the Shorelines as well as the business information in the Bylines. Just know you’re both appreciated!”(Cindy Gardner).

“Goodmorning Sheryl!

Thank you for adding my comment to the Shorelines, and so eloquently re-writing my rambling thoughts about the Cape Horn estates. Very well done! I appreciate all you do for the community and I hope this commentary helps a little. Anyway, thanks again!”

Thank you for the Shore Line news. I want to thank you and all the members of the Bayview Community Council for the lunch served at the Community Center. It was so nice to see my neighbors, past and current clients. I even delivered two lunches to people that could not make it with unfortunate circumstances.

“Living in a rural area, often we aren’t aware of services and businesses offered by people just a few miles away. After being featured in the Shore Lines, I had several people contact me asking about local honey. Then over the summer I had more people stop by my booth at the Kootenai County Farmers Market to introduce themselves, saying they had read the article. What a great way to connect with neighbors we haven’t met; I am very grateful for being included in the Bayview Shorelines.” (Tracy O’Brien -Willow Wood Honey Farm)

“I was thrilled to have you feature Log Spirit B&B in the Shore Lines, I truly believe you helped my business. As the new owner it was important for the good folks in Bayview to see we were up and running and I’m sure the article helped remind Bayview residents of our existence. After the article I’ve had many drive bys and stop-ins to meet us and tour the Lodge. Thanks again for the support. It was timely, well written and a blessing.”  (Julia Hardcastle – Log Spirit Bed and Breakfast)
